Full Planning and Coordinating Package $2895.00 + gst & up
1-2 Day Event (Inquire for extra event days)
This package is designed to assist with all the planning and coordinating of your event. This includes meetings, budget, timeline, book and coordinate with the venues, vendors, food and beverage, entertainment etc. as well as help with insurance, licencing, advertising and brochures. We will coordinate the day(s) of the event as well as supervise the set up and clean up. Also includes the wrap-up meeting after the event.
Planning Package $1400.00+ gst
1-2 Day Event
This package is designed to assist with all the planning of your event, which consists of multiple client meetings prior to the event date. The meetings will include discussions of venue selection and site visit, venue floor plan, budget, timeline, theme, vendor referrals, insurance and licensing, advertising, brochures etc.
Day of Event Coordinating Package $1600.00 + gst & up
1 Day Event
Your group has made all of the plans and details for your event, however you would like a helping hand managing the specifics that you have planned for the day of event. We will help execute the details so you are able to enjoy the event. This package includes two meetings prior to the event, set up supervision, day of event coordination as well as a wrap up meeting after the event.
Note: 10% Discount is given for any of Event by Deanna Inc. rentals required for your event.
Extra Services and Charges
